They have approximately 600 square feet in the one(1) and two (2) bedroom/1 bath floor plans, 700 square feet in the three (3) bedroom/1 bath floor plans, and about 1,200 to 1,600 square feet in the medium to large four (4) bedroom/1 bath floor plans. Each Condo has a full bathroom with tub. And to make it easier for groups to get ready on time, there are 2 separate hallway shower rooms, in case someone is tying up the bathroom inside the condo. It come in handy when 8 girls staying in one of the condos, are all trying to get to a wedding on time.
